To get those set-in grease stains out of your shirts, pants and towels, you need one secret DIY stain remover for clothes. Would you believe the secret stain remover is Dawn Platinum Erasing Dish Foam? That really is all you need!

Grab all your clothing and other items with set-in grease stains, because you may as well solve them all at once.

Note that Dawn Platinum Erasing Dish Foam foams up as you pump it, and you only need just a bit. A little really goes a long way!

Pump the stain remover foam directly onto the grease stains you are trying to remove, and then work the foam into the stains using a soft brush {such as an old toothbrush} or your fingertips. Once the foam is worked into the grease stains, allow it to penetrate the stains for just a few minutes. It doesn’t need to be longer than 5-10 minutes.

After the penetrating time has elapsed, just toss the garments into your washer and launder them as you usually would.

Before you dry them, check the items to be sure that the grease stains are gone. If not, you can retreat them with the Dawn Erasing Foam and launder again. Most grease stains will be gone after just one treatment, but some stubborn stains may require a couple of treatments. Dry them once you are satisfied that the grease stains have vanished.
